Dan Harrison

Dan Harrison, Ph.D. - Organizational Psychology. Dan is the developer of Harrison Assessments and originator of Paradox Theory as used in Harrison Assessments. His diverse background in Mathematics, Personality Theory, Counselling Psychology, and Organizational Psychology has enabled him to make a unique and exceptional contribution to assessment methodology. His 30 years of experience in Psychology and Assessment has enabled the Harrison Assessment tools to fulfill practical needs for recruitment, development and assessment. Dan's ongoing world-wide travel gives him direct involvement with the needs of Harrison Assessment clients and exposes him to the appropriate practical application in a wide variety of cultures.

Ava Harrison

Ava Harrison has 35 years of experience in Communication Trainings and Workshops. She is the developer of the Dyad Communication Format. She was the inspiration for the development of the Paradox Graph. She travels with Dan to support the use of HA for helping society develop human potential.

Alan Hoffmanner

Alan has held executive positions in nearly all functional areas at 3 Fortune 100 companies including American Express, General Dynamics and United Technologies. In addition, he has been a small business consultant in New York City, and has worked with dozens of companies producing in various successful performance improvement projects. For seven years, he led implementations of a leading Leadership development program at over 100 companies in the Southwest United States. He has provided strategic implementation services, team building and assessment services to leaders of dozens of organizations. Alan holds degrees in Economics and Systems Analysis, as well as a Masters from Columbia's Graduate School of Business. Alan is currently a University Instructor and a Project Leader and Senior Consultant for the Harrison Assessment System working with organizations in the Southwest quadrant of the United States.

Ann David

Ann David, BA Sociology and Linguistics and Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. Ann has over 20 years experience in recruitment, human resource consulting, job assessment, training and development. She is a senior consultant for Western Australia.

Anne Sandberg

Felix Wiesner

Felix is our spearhead and country manager for Germany, Austria and German speaking Switzerland. Felix has worked for about 10 years in senior management positions in big international companies like ABB or Deloitte & Touche. There he served as BU Director, Business Development Manager, CFO and CPO. In 1997 he opened up his own consultancy with GFCI focusing strongly on HR consultancy and issues arising with mergers & acquisitions.
