Founder
Harrison Assessments was founded in 1990 with a single vision and purpose – to help companies optimize their human capital by leveraging their deep understanding of human resources and psychology.
Dan Harrison, PhD, (CEO) has 30 years of experience and a diverse background in Mathematics, Personality Theory, Counseling Psychology, Human Potential Psychology, and Organizational Psychology. He is the creator and developer of the Harrison methodologies including the Paradox Technology.
Ava Harrison (President) has 35 years of experience in Communication Trainings and Seminars. She is the developer of the Dyad Communication Format which has been used extensively world-wide for developing human potential. She is available for advanced interpretation training for the expert Harrison Assessment reports.
