Team Reports

Shows a group of employees or candidates ranked in order of their assessment scores or performance scores. It is one of the tools used for benchmarking performance or researching factors related to job success.

Provides a graphical view of the paradoxical relationship between the traits of different team members.

This report is especially designed to analyze the relationship between the trait scores and job performance. Describes your greatest strengths. Some of the strengths described are paradoxical pairs of traits where two strengths seem to be opposite or contradictory. but in fact are complementary or synergistic.
