Recruitment Reports
Recruitment reports come as a package. The package contains the Job Success Analysis, How To Attract and Interview Guide.
The Job Success Analysis report compares a person against all job requirements showing the potential positive and negative impact of each factor or trait on job performance.
The How To Attract report provides the recruiter with key information necessary to convince a top candidate to accept a job offer.
The Interview Guide report provides the interviewer with the key eligibility questions and behavioral questions that will enable the candidate's qualifications to be effectively evaluated, and to provide a means of scoring the interview.

Development Reports
Provides a development plan for each of two traits that would most improve performance for a specific person related to a specified job. A guideline for coaching oneself or others to further develop specific traits, enhancing the coaching expertise.
Provides managers with an easy way to understand how to manage their individual employees in order to utilize strengths, identify challenges and prevent problems.

•   Main Graph Report (PDF 99kb)
Shows the most important traits on one page allowing for effective analysis of the relationship between traits, so an overview of trait relationships. Requires expert training to interpret (optionally highlights traits related to a job).
Shows the dynamic relationships between the two traits of each of the 12 main paradox pairs. Enables the analysis of paradoxical behaviors (optionally highlights traits related to a job).

Provides a summary and key word description overview of the person's traits and suitability related issues. It is not job specific.
•   Traits Definitions (PDF 103kb)
Shows all the traits and trait definitions in order of the applicant's score in to each category. Listed in order of the highest score (optionally highlights traits related to a job).
Team Reports
•   Group Screening (PDF 95kb)
Shows a group of employees or candidates ranked in order of their assessment scores or performance scores. This report can be used to further analyze the relationship between the trait scores and job performance. It is one of the tools used for benchmarking performance or researching factors related to job success.
•   Team Main Graph (PDF 77kb)
Shows the most important traits on one page allowing for effective analysis of the relationship between traits for different team members.
•   Team Paradox Graph (PDF 511kb)
Provides a graphical view of the paradoxical relationship between the traits of different team members.
•   Trait Export (XLS 37kb)
Provides the data in a form that allows for an easy analysis of the traits of a designated group of employees. This report is especially designed to analyze the relationship between the trait scores and job performance. It shows the average scores for the top performers, medium performers and low performers as well as the score for each employee on each trait. It is intended for benchmarking performance or researching factors related to job success.

Provides a list of careers and an indication of how likely the person would enjoy each career. The careers are listed in order of the level of enjoyment.
